Justin McJilton Memorial Scholarship

The Justin McJilton Memorial Scholarship was established to provide a fitting and meaningful memorial to Justin McJilton. Justin was an active student at Salisbury University in the Perdue School of Business. He was an avid supporter and fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and twice co-chaired the Salisbury University Relay for Life. Justin passed away in 2009 at the age of 23 from complications associated with leukemia. To honor his memory, the scholarship was established to provide support for current undergraduate students whose lives have been touched by cancer. The scholarship will be awarded to a current student of promise at Salisbury University who has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 and is enrolled full-time. This scholarship is open to any undergraduate major at SU. A 250 word essay is required describing how your life has been touched by cancer. This is a non-renewable scholarship opportunity.
