Audrey C. Christopher Endowment for Education - Incoming Freshman

The Audrey C. Christopher Endowment for Education, established in 1996, is intended to provide scholarships to incoming freshman majoring in education. The minimum qualifications for consideration include a high school cumulative GPA of 3.3, a combined minimum SAT score of 1200 or ACT of 25, financial need as demonstrated through filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the corresponding academic year and submission of a short writing sample. Incoming freshman students admitted as test optional (no standardized test score) may apply if the HS CGPA is at least a 3.70. The scholarship may be renewed for a maximum of 8 semesters provided the recipient remains enrolled full-time as an education major with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 and has continued financial need each year from FAFSA.
