Cavallaro and Cleary Visual Art Scholarship

As CCART Celebrates its 25th Anniversary, we are happy to share our plans with you that will ensure that visual art scholarships will be granted in perpetuity. CCART will dissolve in 2024 as it currently exists but live on
through the Salisbury University Foundation, inc. CCART scholarships will continue to be available through the Salisbury University Foundation, Inc. and will be awarded annually to students choosing the SU Visual Art program. Our goal is to award the first scholarship in 2025 for that academic year.

So, my friends, TOGETHER we have stayed the course with conviction, CCART has served the talented young artists on the Eastern Shore. From the Cleary Studios in 2000 to our 2020 living room Zoom interviews, we are proud to have found ways to adapt to each new reality. Through this process CCART has become, in a sense, its own work of art. We are excited to return where we began in 1980. In 2025, The Salisbury University Art Department will embrace our mission and continue scholarships to students choosing a Visual Arts college career at Salisbury University.
