Mary Ann Reinhold-Praley
Mary Ann Reinhold-Praley was a teacher/administrator for 30 years in the Maryland public school system. She previously had taught at Glen Burnie High School and then was principal at Dorsey Elementary School. She then was the librarian at Richard Henry Lee Elementary School, retiring in 1975 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Maryland Retired Teachers Association. Mrs. Reinhold-Praley of Denton, MD passed away at the age of 90 on August 30, 2013. This scholarship is in memory of her passion for education, providing a forever legacy at Salisbury University.
Impact
The purpose of this scholarship provides funding for books and other expenses incurred by students who are admitted in the Teacher Education program and subsequently will be teaching in the Maryland public school system
