The Philip E. and Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation was founded in 2003 by Philip and Carole Ratcliffe. They created this foundation with the hope of enabling young entrepreneurs to pursue their academic and career goals. The Ratcliffe Entrepreneurial Excellence Scholarship is just one of many avenues that allows them to do that.
