Maryland Society of Accountants
The Maryland Society of Accountants Scholarship Foundation, Inc was established to provide scholarships to promising undergraduate students majoring in accounting. Each fall the Foundation awards annual scholarships in the amount of $2,000 for full time students, and $1,000 for part-time students (not to exceed $8000.00 per recipient).
Applicants who are selected will receive one half of the scholarship each semester. The second installment is dependent on the recipient submitting a semester transcript which shows they have maintained the required academic performance. To apply, students must meet the eligibility requirements listed below, submit the on-line application, and send in the required attachments by June 15. Please note, students should not send official transcripts prior to the Spring semester class grades being posted; any transcript received which does not include the most recent Spring semester grades will not be considered for scholarship!
