CollegeBound Scholarships - Baltimore City Public High School Students

College Student Last Dollar Grant Application – *NEW***
• Need-based renewable grant award for current college students with a remaining cost of attendance gap balance due. Applications accepted on a rolling-basis
• Eligibility requirements: Must be a HS graduate from a Baltimore City Public HS; Must be Pell-Grant Eligible; Must be a current student at a 4-year college or institution

Finishers’ Fund Application
• Need-based renewable scholarship established to assist upperclassmen college students who have lost financial aid (Institutional/State/Federal) and/or have faced family financial hardship. Applications accepted on a rolling-basis
• Eligibility requirements: Must be a HS graduate from a Baltimore City Public HS; Must have 90 earned credits or more if attending a 4-year institution; or 30 credits or more if they are attending a 2-year college; Must have exhausted all other financial resources; Must be in good academic standing

Upperclassmen Hilton Scholarship
• Major-specific renewable scholarship to support current college students needing additional financial support. Applications accepted on a rolling-basis
• Eligibility requirements: Must be a HS graduate from a Baltimore City Public HS in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021; Must not be a current or previous Hilton Scholarship recipient; Must be attending a 4-year college or institution; Must be Pell-Grant Eligible; Must have a Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher; Must have a declared major in hotel, hospitality and/or restaurant management, business, business management, economics or accounting.
