Educational Systems Federal Credit Union, through the Support Education Foundation, is proud to provide scholarships to students and professional development awards to educators who strive for growth. Please share these valuable opportunities with your students or educators who may be interested in applying.

This year, we’ve introduced a new scholarship opportunity available to students pursuing a degree in education. The Eva Chesley Scholarship is a recurring scholarship in the amount of $5,000 per year for three years. In 2024, the scholarship will be awarded to two rising college sophomores who attend a four-year college or university in the state of Maryland pursuing a degree in education.

We also offer the Maurice Erly Professional Development Award for educators, administrators and support staff.

We are proud to provide scholarships to students who strive to learn and grow. Applications can be submitted between February 1, 2024 and March 15, 2024. Winners will be are announced by June 15, 2024 and the scholarship money is paid directly to the school the student will attend in the fall.
