Garland and Vivian Bull Arcadia High School Scholarship

The Garland and Vivian Bull Arcadia High School scholarship will be awarded to a high school graduate from Arcadia High School who plans to enroll at Salisbury University as a business or nursing major. If there is no business or nursing major who exemplifies the qualifications, the scholarship may be awarded to other students who meet the criteria. Students should be planning to return to Oak Hall VA after their education.
