Tom Westcott Award for Future Educators

The Tom Westcott Award for Future Educators will provide scholarship funding to undergraduate students in the Seidel School of Education meeting the following criteria: must demonstrate financial need from FAFSA; recipients must be in the final semester/internship phase of their program; must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the two semesters prior to internship; must exhibit excellence in the field (clinical placements); letter of recommendation from mentor teacher; must be majoring in early childhood education, elementary education, physical education or secondary education initial certification program or teacher prep program in ESOL or music.
