Brown Pelican Scholarship Endowment

The Brown Pelican Scholarship endowment will provide a renewable scholarship to a sophomore or junior student enrolled in a STEM or program meeting the following criteria: A minimum GPA of 2.75; Demonstrating a commitment to community service (by providing a list of community service performed and a brief statement on how the service has aided in their school experience.); Preference given to a student who is active in any of the following clubs and organizations: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Divine 9 Sororities, National Council of Negro Women, Divine 9 Fraternities, African Student Association, Black Student Union, Black Students in STEM, Kinks and Curls for Boys and Girls, Men of Distinction, NAACP. Renewable for for two additional years if awarded as a sophomore if criteria are met.
