Richard A. Henson School of Science and Technology Scholarship - Third Year Scholar

These scholarships are awarded annually to rising juniors in the Henson School (transfer students entering their junior year are eligible to apply for these scholarships). To qualify, students must provide one letter of recommendation and provide one nomination letter from the Chair of your department within their major. In addition, students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and be enrolled full-time. Henson Scholarships are renewed each semester (2 years total in all) provided that the awardees remain in the Henson School and maintain a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA. Current Henson Scholars awarded as an incoming freshman student are not eligible to apply to the Henson Junior Grade Level Scholarship. As a condition of receiving the Richard Henson Scholarship you are expected to attend the Henson Scholar’s Luncheon each May. You will receive a formal invitation from the Henson School Dean’s Office in the early spring.
